Being the child of a Serbian father and a South African mother\, Satori has been consuming Balkan music as well as Afrobeat and everything in between from an early age\, embedding diversity into his musical DNA. Pulling inspiration from a wide array of cultures has led Satori\, born Djordje Petrovic\, to push the boundaries of what electronic music can sound like\, creating an otherworldly\, distinctive style unmatched by any of his contemporaries. \nAfter breaking onto the scene in 2015 with his In Between Worlds album\, Satori has been steadily expanding on an impressive repertoire of music\, culminating into the recently released Dreamin’ Colours album. An ethereal body of work rich in colour and texture\, seamlessly blending electronic music with Satori’s Balkan heritage.
