Progress Over Perfection: A Creative Evening for Mental Wellness
Ace Hotel Toronto invites you to an evening where creativity meets reflection. In partnership with Shift Collab, guests will create mosaics while guided by ADHD Therapist Sarah Innes through moments of grounding, discussion, and connection.
The evening will explore how working with your hands can support focus, calm, and curiosity, with “progress over perfection” as our theme. Sarah will weave in reflections on stress, perfectionism, and ADHD, while participants discover the joy of process over outcome.
Food and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Guests will leave with their own mosaic and a deeper awareness of how creativity and mental wellness intersect.
What’s included:
- All materials (tiles, tools, adhesives, object of choice)
- Guidance on mosaic-making
- Interactive prompts and ADHD-friendly guidance from a therapist to spark curiosity
- Your finished mosaic piece to take home
This is more than just an art class—it’s a creative practice for self-expression, focus, and community.
