Deeper Into Movies proudly presents 3 short films directed by Chloë Sevigny

Kitty, 2016

Adapted from Paul Bowles’ short story of the same name, KITTY displays Chloë Sevigny’s inventive and singular aesthetic in a story about a little girl who dreams of becoming a kitten and finds herself transformed into one.

Carmen, 2017

About comedian Carmen Lynch, a moving meditation on the life of a particular woman in comedy and her experiences on and offstage.

White Echo, 2019

Five women, a Ouija board, and a house with a dark secret: Chloë Sevigny imbues this atmospherically enigmatic ghost story with a bracing feminist jolt.

For the past five years the London / NYC film collective Deeper Into Movies have been screening important contemporary cinema, overlooked gems and rarely seen documentaries in the world of reparatory cinema and DIY spaces. Alongside the screenings, Deeper host lectures on cinema, host a monthly podcast interviewing filmmakers and write about movies for VICE.
