Chef Heidi is decking LOAM’s New Year Eve menu with a multi-course celebratory feast. Think vodka cured trout, golden and red beetroots, overnight braised SA lamb shoulder, artichoke hearts and a whole spread of starters and sides.
There are two sittings, early and late. Early sitting starts from 5pm and is $90 per person. The late sitting starts from 8.30pm and is $150 per person. Both include all food and a glass of bubbles on arrival.
