About the talents:
DJ and record collector for over 15 years, Mari Mac Dowell born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, now resides in Brooklyn, NY, where for almost five years she has been expanding her collection of obscure Brazilian and African records, jazz, house and other eccentric noises.
Her sets are always energetic with a lot of synthesizers and percussive grooves. Mari became a regular in the booth of a few underground clubs in the city such as Mood Ring, Anything, Jupiter Disco, ACE Hotel Manhattan & Brooklyn and Public Records. Inveterate music researcher she is always looking for hidden gems to elevate you to other frequencies.
Rustam Ospanoff gathers all the deepest soul sounds from around the world and elegantly delivers them in gorgeous musical journeys. His creative goal has always been to expose diverse music to people through the curation of special events, live concerts and radio shows. He is best known for being the founder of Jazzystan Music Festival (from 2009 in Almaty, Kazakhstan) and producing 28 music festivals over 10 years in his home country. He booked and produced live acts featuring artists like Jamiroquai, Incognito, Omar, Marcos Valle, Jazzanova, Gilles Peterson, Lefto, Nubya Garcia, EZRA, etc.
