On July 11, we’re partnering with renowned natural sake brewery Terada Honke — known for their collaborations with NOMA Kyoto — for an intimate six-course dinner.
KOSA’s ingredient-driven menu will showcase the purity of summer’s bounty, each dish thoughtfully paired with Terada Honke’s handcrafted sake. Brewed using wild microorganisms native to their kura and rice grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, these natural sakes reflect centuries of tradition and care.

7月11日、ノーマ京都とのコラボでも知られる自然酒の名蔵「寺田本家」とタッグを組み、夏の恵みを祝う6品のコースディナーをご提供。
旬の食材をふんだんに使ったKOSAの料理に、無農薬・無化学肥料で育てられた米と、蔵に棲みつく天然の微生物だけで仕込まれた、寺田本家の自然酒を一皿一皿丁寧にペアリング。
