What to Expect:

• Guided Workshop: The founder of Daphnis and Chloe Evangelia Koutsovoulou will guide you through an olfactory and tactile experience, exploring a curated selection of premium Greek herbs. You’ll learn about the properties, uses, and stories behind each one.
• Hands-On Creation: We’ll provide everything you need—from trimming scissors and mixing bowls to sachets and labels—as you create your very own custom herbal tea blend to take home.
• Goodie Bag: In addition to your tea blend, you’ll receive a special goodie bag with a sample of the herb used in our signature cookies, along with the recipe, so you can recreate the full experience at home.
