Celebrated chef, taco maestro and all around LA icon Wes Avila is headed our way to helm PIOPIKO’s kitchen and its DJ booth. Chef-DJ Wes will be taking over the Taco Tuesday residency for two weeks, joining forces with DJ E.P. Daisuke on February 7 and 14. DJ Wes will be spinning from 19:00–21:00 with E.P. Daisuke closing things out till 23:00.
タコスのマエストロと言われ、LAのフード・シーンにおいて欠かせない存在である著名なシェフ ウェス・アヴィラ。そんな彼がホテル開業後、念願の初来日。ピオピコのキッチンで腕を振うほか、なんと2月7日と14日のTaco TuesdayにゲストDJ として出演。お皿をレコードに持ち替え、シェフ ウェスではなくDJ Wesとして19:00から20:00、21:00から22:00までスピン、レジデンスDJ E.P. Daisukeは20:00から21:00、22:00から23:00までの予定です。
