Tastebuds with Motoi Gyoza

8月1日（木）から8月31日（土）までの期間限定で、ホテル2階　バー＆タコスラウンジ「ピオピコ（PIOPIKO）」と、京都の名店「モトイ」を手掛けた前田元オーナーシェフによるコラボレーションメニューが登場。伝統的なメキシコ料理と世界中の食文化が交錯するロサンゼルスで育ったウェス・アヴィラのDNAを継承する上北哲也シェフが監修し、前田シェフのフレンチや中国料理の技法が融合した現代的なモダンフュージョン料理をお楽しみいただけます。「モトイギョーザ」の看板メニューである、海老のぷりぷり感が特徴のニンニク不使用の「パパ餃子」をトルティーヤ生地で揚げた「パパ餃子の揚げタコス」や、細切りのじゃがいもとニラをニンニク、生姜、豆板醤と炒め、お酢とお醤油で味付けし、自家製フラワートルティーヤで味わう「ジャガイモとニラのケサディーヤ」など全6品。さらに、特製柚子サルサソースが一層味わいを引き立てます。この期間でしか味わえない特別な料理とペアリングドリンクの組み合わせを、ぜひこの機会にご堪能ください。

Introducing our chef collaboration series – Taste Buds. 

We are thrilled to be partnering with  Motoi Gyoza  , Kyoto based Gyoza restaurant by Chef Motoi Gyoza for our first ever Taste Buds collaboration. 

You can enjoy the Motoi Gyoza x PIOPIKO menu created in collaboration with our Taco Chef Teddy Uekita and Chef Motoi for the month of August. 

Expect a flavour fusion of Mexican, Japanese and Chinese tastes, with drink pairing suggestions from our head mixologist Naoya Mizugishi
