12月18日にNoma Kyotoのポップアップを終え、次なる革新へ向かう noma projectのヘッドシェフ Kenneth Foong, ナショナルジオグラフィックエクスプローラーそして写真家Pablo Albarenga、藍染と天然染料を使ったスローなクリエイションに取り組み、急速なファッションのサイクルに代わるものを提案し続けるChomwan & Philip Huangの4名による食、ファッション、環境との関わり方について再考する「発酵の祭典-Mottanai」と題した対談。As our chapter with Noma Kyoto comes to a close on December 18, noma project head chef Kenneth Foong, National Geographic Explorer and photographer Pablo Albarenga, andChomwan & Philip Huang, whose work with indigo and natural dyes reflects a commitment to slow, mindful creation and offers an alternative to the rapid cycles of fast fashion, will invite you to the lobby conversation “Fermentation Celebration - Mottanai,” to rethink the way we engage with food, fashion, and the environment.
