This event will be a device-free experience. Use of any electronic devices (including phones, smart watches, fitbits, tablets, recording devices, etc) will not be permitted in the performance space.
Upon arrival at the venue, phones and other devices will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.
The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to practice social distancing, minimal contact and wear required personal protective equipment.
Anyone seen using a device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security.

Please note that the theatre will be kept at a brisk 65 degrees for the artist’s accessibility needs. We recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket with you for this event.
The Show Must Go On, But Safely
All ticket holders are encouraged, but not required, to be fully vaccinated or have a negative Antigen test taken within 24 hours or a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours before entering The Theatre at Ace Hotel.
Masks are strongly recommended.
The Theatre at Ace Hotel is a cashless venue. Visa, Mastercard + Amex are accepted.
