Rustam Ospanoff presents: Eduardo Brechó

For this first set, Rustam invites Eduardo Brechó, the Brazilian producer and songwriter, founder and leader of the band Aláfia, based in São Paulo – Brasil.  He collaborated with many of the biggest artists of contemporary Brazilian music and performed in 14 countries. His music is very related to Afro-Brazilian tradition, especially Yoruba root in which he is initiated. He is a record collector and musical researcher, and also the Discogs representative in Brazil. As a DJ, he has already toured in many countries like France, Colombia, Cuba, the UK, Canada, Mexico, and the US. Eduardo performed at the Summerstage in Central Park and was a resident at Studio 151 in Manhattan NY. He DJ-ed with many great names of the DJ scene, especially Brazilian music, funk, and soul related, like DJ Spinna, Natasha Diggs, etc… He plays vinyl only.
