Join Megan Louise — magnificent muse of Desire — all-day poolside, as she spins her favorite electronic, french new wave and italo disco from noon until magic hour.
Desire is an electronic trio formed on the snowy streets of Montreal and currently based in Palm Springs. On stage, vocalist Megan Louise pivots between French and English while draped in latex from head to toe. Joined by multi-instrumentalist Johnny Jewel (Chromatics, Glass Candy) and supermodel Soo Joo Park on dueling vintage synthesizers, their sound blurs the line between the dance floor & the silver screen. As a flagship artist of the influential record label, Italians Do It Better, they have scored runways for Dior, Chanel, & Bottega Venetta as well as writing music for films by Nicolas Refn, David Lynch, & Ryan Gosling. Desire gained worldwide exposure with their hit song Under Your Spell, which was featured prominently in 2011’s neon-noir film, Drive.
