Scheduling<\/strong>
\nTo ensure your desired time and service, please make your reservations early. We request that your spa service be reserved with a credit card, gift certificate or your room number.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong>
\nWe have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy from the time of service. If cancellation is not prior to 24 hours of service, you will be charged in full. Parties of 5 or more require a 5-day notice.<\/p>\n

Arrival<\/strong>
\nPlease arrive 15 minutes before your treatment starts to allow time to complete your spa questionnaire. If you need to arrive late, please be mindful that all treatments must end on time so the next guest can
\nbegin on schedule. Arrive in whatever is comfortable, we will provide you with a robe and a locker.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

\nSpa guests must be 18 years or older to receive massage and body treatments. Facials are available to guests 16 years of age, accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n
