Drinks3000: The Future of Australian Drinking

  • 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm | Thursday November 10, 2022
  • Good Chemistry | Ace Hotel Sydney
  • 47-53 Wentworth Ave.

Drinks3000 is back for round 2.

P&V Wine + Liquor Merchants’ Mike Bennie is the drinks whiz behind the wine lists in the Lobby, LOAM and Kiln, and now he’s headed over to Good Chemistry for another night of tastings.

Piquettes? Pet Nats? Beer-wines? Wines seasoned with fruits and botanicals? Category defying spirits? Native ingredients? The kaleidoscopic array of drinks peppering the Australian liquid landscape is fascinating, brilliant and firmly wedded to an increasingly progressive drinking culture.

We’ve put together a series with Mike covering everything he loves about artisanal Aussie booze and the people making it.  Join us for a unique night tasting and talking all things the future of drinking. Expect six-or-so drinks, good conversation and some tasty snacks.

Tickets on sale now.
