ENTRY: This promotion (the \u201cPromotion\u201d) invites you to submit your email address on Instagram and\/or Facebook for the chance to win a two-night stay at the Ace Hotel Toronto. Entry begins March, 18th 2022 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (\u201cET\u201d) and ends April, 15th 2022 at 11:59 .m. ET (the \u201cPromotion Period\u201d).<\/p>\n

Enter during the Promotion Period by following the instructions provided on Facebook and\/or Instagram to complete the promotion entry form completely, including providing your email address.<\/p>\n

Limit one entry on Instagram and one entry on Facebook, per person. Any person found to be using multiple accounts to enter the Promotion will be declared ineligible to win. All entries will be placed into one drawing pool for the chance to win the prizes described below. Entries that do not include a valid email address will not be considered a valid entry. By entering and submitting an email address, entrant hereby agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules.<\/p>\n

In case of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entry will be considered to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email account identified with the Instagram or Facebook account through which the submission occurred regardless of the individual that submitted the entry.<\/p>\n

An entrant must have a non-private Instagram or Facebook account to enter the Promotion. All Terms and Conditions of Facebook and Instagram apply.<\/p>\n

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of Canada, the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older) or older as of the start of the Promotion Period. You must also have a Facebook or Instagram account (which are free) as a condition of entry. Void in United States territories, all other jurisdictions, and wherever prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state, provincial\/territorial and local laws and regulations. Employees and representatives of Ace Group International LLC (the \u201cSponsor\u201d), its licensees and respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries and advertising, promotion, publicity, production and judging agencies (collectively, the \u201cPromotion Entities\u201d), and their immediate family members and those with whom any of the above is domiciled (whether related or not), are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of these Official Rules, an \u201cimmediate family member\u201d includes spouse, domestic partner, parents, siblings and children. Sponsor\u2019s decisions on all matters concerning this Promotion, including but not limited to eligibility determinations, are final and binding in all regards.<\/p>\n

ENTRIES: Any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that otherwise contains prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, will be disqualified.<\/p>\n

WINNER SELECTION; ODDS; NOTIFICATION: Selected entrants will be selected by random drawing, on or about May 1st, 2022. Selected entrants will be notified through Facebook or Instagram direct messaging, or as Sponsor shall determine in its sole discretion. Sponsor\u2019s decisions on all matters concerning this Promotion are final and binding in all respects. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.<\/p>\n

In order to be declared a winner, selected entrant(s) must: (i) respond to notification of selection within three (3) business days of first attempt by Sponsor; (ii) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, to be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time; (iii) sign and return to Sponsor, within five (5) business days of it being sent by Sponsor, a written affidavit\/declaration of eligibility and compliance and release of publicity and liability form, declaring compliance with these Official Rules, releasing the Promotion Entities from any liability in connection with this Promotion or the use, misuse, awarding or possession of any prize, and granting Sponsor publicity rights (the \u201cRelease\u201d); and, (iv) otherwise comply with these Official Rules.<\/p>\n

Return of any prize or winner notification as undeliverable, inability to reach selected entrant or failure of selected entrant to respond to notification within three (3) business days of first attempt by Sponsor or Sponsor\u2019s agent, failure to provide proof of eligibility (if requested), Release, or other required documentation in a timely manner, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of the prize and, at Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion, selection of an alternate eligible entrant for the forfeited prize in accordance with these Official Rules, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner.<\/p>\n

PRIZES: Five potential winners will be selected, each will receive a two (2) consecutive nights\u2019 stay at Ace Hotel Toronto, for up to two (2) guests. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is $699 CAD . All expenses not specifically included, including but not limited to any taxes or expenses as set forth, are the sole responsibility of Winner. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prizes of comparable value if any prizes are unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason.
\nAny other costs or expenses associated with the prizes not specified herein will be the responsibility of selected winner and guest (as applicable), including without limitation transportation, meals, communication charges, room service, gratuities, optional tours, insurance and medical, vaccination and travel documents. Sponsor will not be responsible if COVID-19 or other factors beyond Sponsor\u2019s reasonable control prevent the prize or part of the prize from being fulfilled, and winner will not be entitled to compensation in lieu thereof. Winner and guest must have no restrictions on his\/her ability to travel or to fully participate in the prize or the prize may be forfeited, in whole or in part and may, at the Sponsor\u2019s discretion, be awarded to an alternate entrant. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary medical and travel documentation and permissions. Stay must be completed prior to June 30th, 2023. Winner and guest must obey all hotel rules and requirements, including presenting a major credit card. Failure to follow such hotel rules and requirements may result in forfeiture of all or part of the prize. Guests will be required to sign and return a Release. If guest is below the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence, such guest must travel at all times with his or her parent or legal guardian.<\/p>\n

RIGHT TO VOID\/TERMINATE\/SUSPEND\/MODIFY: If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.<\/p>\n

GENERAL:
\nEntrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants agree to release Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.<\/p>\n

Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Promotion will be ineligible to win and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. GOVERNING LAW (not applicable in Canada). The Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its choice of law or conflict of laws principles. As a condition of participating, participants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction.
