Join us on Tuesday, March 31 as Chef Patrick Kriss presents a four-course menu paired with wines from Stratus and Charles Baker \u2014 including scallop crudo, roasted snapper, short rib, and apple coppetta. Each course is matched with select vintages from Niagara-on-the-Lake. Winemaker Dean Stoyka and Charles Baker will be in the room, sharing the story behind each pour.<\/p>\n
