Meet us outside under the desert sky every Wednesday 7.30–9.30pm for a night of auditory bliss, paired with a menu of delights from the kitchen.

This week’s performance: Lé Queen

Destiny Diggs (Lé Queen) is a bassist, composer and bandleader born in Newark, NJ. In 2019 Destiny was announced as one of the Young Arts Double Bass Jazz winners. She attended the Manhattan School of Music on a full tuition scholarship under the tutelage of Ron Carter and Buster Williams. In 2023, Diggs was accepted into the Herbie Hancock Institute. Aside from her studies, she has performed at Birdland, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Cafe Bohemia, Django, 88.3 WBGO, Smalls, Jazz Forum and NJPAC. Diggs’ has played the Central Jazz Festival, Hartford Paul Brown Jazz Festival, and New York Fashion Week 2023 (just to name a few events). Diggs has begun to make her mark as she has worked/ performed with: Jon Batiste, Jon Faddis Quartet, Billy Hart, Dianne Reeves, Dick Oatts, Winard Harper Jelli Pose, Willerm Delisfort, the Christian McBride Big Band, amongst many others.
