Samantha Urbani, former front woman of indie darling Friends, is a vibrant and magnetic performer, vocalist, writer, DJ, A&R, and mentor. Whilst now partly LA based, she has been a cultural cornerstone of NYC and beyond for over a decade.  Vogue has credited her with “breathing life into the New York Music Scene…bursting at the seams with new creative energy,” and Stereogum has lauded her as “an understated bastion of New York’s coolest of the cool art kids who has earned on-point comparisons to Madonna at her prime.” Pitchfork places her work as “Anthemic, feminist, euphoric.”

Now, as she gears up for her debut solo album release “Showing up,” Samantha is bringing it us for the first listen. Part listening party, part performance, this is a unique experience all the way around. We feel lucky.  You should too.
