Cherry Bombe presents Cake Cookie Pie!, a series of delicious demos and interviews at the Demo Kitchen at Ace Hotel Brooklyn featuring three unique bakers. We’ll learn the secrets to their in-demand, delicious baked goods—from botanical cakes to cult cookies and geometric-patterned pies—and how they’re shaking up the baking scene with their one-of-a-kind desserts.

Doris Hồ-Kane is the owner and baker behind Bạn Bè, NYC’s first Vietnamese American bakery, as well as a historian, archivist, and the founder of 17.21 WOMEN. Doris, a self-described punk rock baker, currently has a 10,000+ person waitlist for her coveted Bạn Bè Blue Tins. All of her cookies are inspired by Vietnamese flavors and Danish butter cookies and are lovingly made by hand in her soon-to-open Carroll Gardens bakery.
