Every Wednesday this Winter, we welcome The Mixtape Club, the fabulous music community and record shop based in Brooklyn.

This week they invite DJ Mihoko to join their stratosphere.

The music platform started in 2009 as a place to share and discover music and hosts hundreds of mixtapes from music lovers around the world. As a record shop, they specialize in new and used vinyl records, cassettes, original pressings and reissued rarities of soul, jazz, dance and electronic music.

Born in Tokyo, bred in NYC. DJ Mihoko brings it every time to the set for years. She’s been rocking dance floors all over the city with her blend of soul funk boogie disco reggae hip hop and house. Spinning in NYC since 1998 and still laying down the grooves.
