HD is a force breathing life into New York City’s underground queer nightlife ecology since 2012. After years of throwing parties and DJ’ing for icons like Princess Nokia, D Double E, and Mykki Blanco, HD has played at clubs and cultural institutions around the world. Melding hip-hop, R&B, reggaeton, club, and dancehall into a distinctly danceable flavor, HD is a genre specialist with a vast range. HD has DJ’d for or alongside Rico Nasty, Kelela, Bbyafricka, Junglepussy, Cakes da Killa, Tomasa del Real, and Lafawndah, among many more, as well as created soundscapes fo Feben, Chromat, Gypsy Sport, and Saint Sintra’s fashion week presentations. HD hosts monthly radio shows for NTS Radio and The Lot Radio.
