While we do not have a dedicated parking lot or garage, we recommend street parking. Currently, street parking is metered from Monday – Saturday, 8 am – 8 pm, and free evenings after 8 pm, Sundays, and some holidays. You can pay by phone using the PayByPhone app. We are also happy to direct you to a surface lot or garage nearby if you prefer.

You must be 18 or older to book a room.  Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and a credit card.

We do not charge additional fees for pets. When we say “pet” we really mean “dog,” but just get in touch if you have something stranger or larger and we’ll try to make it work.

No, we don’t.

You can buy some things right out of your room, like the custom Pendleton blanket, vintage vinyl and exclusive wings + horns hoodie robe just by taking them with you — we’ll charge it after you checkout.

We have an online shop too, where you can find Ace-made wares and collaborations, and just some things we think are cool. And if you miss Ace New Orleans, New York, Palm Springs, Brooklyn, Portland, Los Angeles or Kyoto, you can find souvenirs you forgot to buy when you were there.

We also have luxuries and necessities, gift certificates and good stuff — like Rudy’s Barbershop bath products, custom guitar strings, Ace shirts and totes, Moleskine notebooks, records, books and jewelry — for sale at the front desk store.

No. All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside the hotel we must charge a $250 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes.

All rooms are equipped with Rudy’s shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a flat-screen TV, radio with input, Pearl+ soap, hairdryer, the best bathrobe, iron, and an in-room safe.

We have an ADA accessible room at Ace Hotel Seattle. Please call reservations to book this room. Our public space fire alarms are equipped with both flashing lights and audio alerts.

A shared bathroom, quite simply means the restroom is down the hall from your private sleeping quarters and is shared with the other guests in Standard rooms. Ace Seattle has 14 Standard rooms that share 5 public restrooms that are all private upon entry. Each shared bath includes shower, sink, commode, and Rudy’s bath products. Additionally there is 1 half bath on premises.

Ace Hotel Seattle is the most compact and intimate of our locations because it was the first Ace Hotel property. We don’t have a restaurant or bar located physically in the hotel. There are a number of places to eat and drink just outside our front door in Belltown and the front desk staff can help guide you to a good one if you’d like.
