The illustrious Afrique Like Me Collective consists of a trifecta of music-minded savants seeking and releasing inner friques across the city. What began in 2019 as an intimate after-hours west-end party — led by Razaq El Toro, Martinses and Sonic Griot — celebrating art and electronic, dance and alternative music across Africa and the diaspora has grown into an underground custom popping up in unconventional spaces.
Every Saturday the collective heads up to Evangeline for Ace Afrique, delivering their African electronic dance music-fueled symposium of self-expression.

RSVPs do not guarantee entry, it’s first come first served.
