Led by Renelyn Quinicot (she/her) a cis-queer Filipina artist, and movement and meditation guide, born and raised as a settler to Tkaronto. The practice of mindfulness is the practice of remembering. Remembering the inherent wisdom of our own bodies to be able to care for and support us. Remembering who we are beyond the capitalist and colonial structures of conditioning. Over 4 bi-weekly sessions, we will gather in community to learn various meditation and movement techniques to support us for the everyday.…
