François Boudreaux is a New Orleans-born and based multidisciplinary designer, fashion instructor at Material Institute and the founder of the brand Flysón, which produces styles at the intersection of sporty and elegant. During his Artist in Residence stay, François will continue textile work for his collection “L’IMPRIMÉ BLEU FRAIS,” which explores the unparalleled lineage of cultural contributions by African Americans in the American South over the past 400 years.
