DJ Piazza of Disco Liquids was named Rising Star Sommelier in 2022, and soon after quit his Sommelier work to start a wine pop-up. It was there that Josephine Estelle GM and Wine Director, Jaime Szczepanski met DJ, and discovered their mutual interest in distinctive, natural wines.
