You must be 21 or older to book a room and check-in.

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and a credit card.

If you’re checking in without someone over 21 you must be over 18 and you’ll be charged a $75/night mini bar removal fee. If you’d like a little bit more time after 12pm checkout, we’ll do what we can to accommodate and we’re always more than willing to hold on to your stuff for a few hours at the front desk.

Check-in is after 3pm. If you arrive early, we can hold your bags while you explore the house, or take a stroll around town (we’ll point you in the right direction) until your room is available.

Check out is noon. Please confirm your payment by 12pm the day of your check-out. If you’d like a little bit more time after 12pm checkout, we’ll do what we can to accommodate and we’re always more than willing to hold on to your stuff for a few hours at the front desk.

Yes, that can be arranged. The front desk will hold them for you until you’re ready. If your bags are left unclaimed overnight they will be turned into our security team who will hold items for a 24 hour period.

Yes, there is free WiFi in all public areas and in guest rooms.

We charge $25 per day per pet, for pets under 25 lbs. When we say pet we really mean dog, but just get in touch if you have something stranger or larger and we’ll try to make it work. A pet waiver form must be signed at check-in time.

If your package arrives before you do, we’ll hold it for you at the security booth for up to five days until you arrive free of charge — they have to be 20″ x 20″ or smaller. If you need to send something bigger, have it held for longer or have multiple packages, we can store them for you for $10 per package per day.

Yes, we have a full fitness center with elliptical machines, treadmill, speed bag, heavy bag, free weights, and a Yoga/Stretch room.

You can buy some things right out of your room, like the custom Pendleton blanket, vintage vinyl and exclusive wings + horns hoodie robe just by taking them with you — we’ll charge it after you checkout.

We have an online shop too, where you can find Ace-made wares and collaborations, and just some things we think are cool. And if you miss Ace New Orleans, Brooklyn, Palm Springs, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles or Kyoto, you can find souvenirs you forgot to buy when you were there.

We also have luxuries and necessities, gift certificates and good stuff — like uka bath products, custom guitar strings, Ace shirts and totes, Moleskine notebooks, records, books and jewelry — for sale at the front desk store.

No. All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside the hotel we must charge a $250 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes. Go outside, meet a stranger.

Your credit card will be authorized at check-in for room + taxes + confirmed incidental charges plus an additional $200 for the stay.

Any unused funds will be released by the hotel immediately at check-out; depending on your individual bank’s processing speed, the funds will be back in your card anywhere between one to five business days -expect longer for international cards outside of North America.

Yes, Ace Hotel New York has ADA-accessible public spaces and rooms. Our Medium Queen Room has a lowered peephole, wheelchair accessible shower stall with shower seat, shower rails, shower hose, and electric blinds. Our Large Room has a regular peephole, tub, shower rails and a shower hose. Our Loft room has a lowered peephole, wheelchair accessible shower stall, foldable shower seat, shower rails, shower hose, and electric blinds.

Yes.   Room Service is available from 7:30 AM – 10:30 AM for breakfast.   Dinner is available from 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM Sunday – Wednesday.  5:30 – 10:30 Thursday – Saturday

Yes. We rent out our spaces for private events, weddings, shows, conferences and symposiums. Our rentable venues are Liberty Hall, and the Boardroom.
