Arthur’s Snackette In the Lobby

Arthur’s Snackette is an evolution of Arthur’s, an iconic Montreal restaurant rooted in family, comfort, and joyful food. What began as a tribute to a beloved father has grown into a go-to destination in Montreal. Arthur’s founders Raegan and Alex have teamed up with longtime friends and Toronto natives Dara Gallinger (founder and former partner of Brodflour) and Ari Zuckerbrot to launch Arthur’s Snackette, a sourdough bagel sandwich shop bringing Arthur’s spirit to Toronto in a new way.

Arthur’s Snackette pops up at Ace Hotel Toronto for a limited time, offering two menu items—the Arthur’s Smoked Salmon Bagel and Cream Cheese & Heirloom Tomato Bagel, serving breakfast and lunch on select dates this September.
