Thanks for visiting. Before we get anywhere, a few things to note. Our first priority is the experience of our guests and friends, so we have a pretty strict no photo/no film policy in our public spaces. This includes our lobbies, restaurants, coffee shops, venues, etc.

If you want to hire one of our private spaces or discuss an editorial opportunity, please fill out this form with as much detail as possible.

Every photoshoot request must be submitted through this form and vetted by Ace at least two business days in advance. Any photoshoots that happen without prior approval will be kindly asked to leave.

If approved, someone from our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

We require an hourly fee for coordination of shoots plus an applicable location fee for commercial usage and rental rates for guest rooms, if you do not have a budget for these costs, please explain the Editorial / Marketing Value that Ace Hotel will receive as compensation.
