About Noé Codjia

Noé Codjia is a Paris-based jazz trumpeter and co-founder of The Zoot Collective — a creative hub bringing together a new generation of musicians through original, boundary-pushing projects. Trained in both classical music and jazz, Noé honed his craft at The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music in New York, where he studied alongside and performed with some of the most respected names in the genre.

About Jeepers Creepers

The Jeepers Creepers band is a group of musicians from Athens(Greece) that specializes in playing the really beautiful popular or more rare tunes of the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s and also original melodies inspired by the swing jazz idiom. The leader, Elizabeth, has lived and learnt this music in New York City. She was a student of masters of swing jazz(Chris Flory, the guitarist of Benny Goodman Orch and Ed Cherry, Dizzy Gillespie Band guitar player) and has played a lot of gigs there with the masters of the idiom. Their dedication to the swing-jazz idiom leaves the listeners with no choice but to dance and party all night long! They won the Swinging Europe Contest for 2021. They have given a lot of concerts in Athens and other cities of Greece, in New York and in Holland and they have participated in many festivals like the Athens Rhythm Hop, the Swing n’ Sail festival, Wild West Swing Festival, Kardamili International jazz festival, Carnival of Swing, Festival International de Hot Jazz Mexico, the Petit Paris d’ Athenes etc. They have also played for many swing dance teams like the Rhythm Hoppers, the Athens Lindy hop, the Kalamata lindy hop, Jump n’ Jive etc.
