Stms (pronounced “Stems”) is a platform showcasing DJs, music producers, & remix culture through events in Toronto. Launched in 2023 by organizer Tdesu, Stms has hosted over 20 events featuring some of Canada’s top sound selectors and international guests from New York, Antwerp, Melbourne, and more.
“Sound of Stms” invites a different guest DJ every Friday alongside Tdesu—for a curated evening of soulful sonics to Ace Hotel in The Lobby ranging from Alté, global rhythms, R&B, jazz, deep grooves, edits/remixes, and beyond.
Resident DJ Tdesu
Tdesu is known for his genre-defying remixes, blending global and dance rhythms with soulful sounds. At 1 million+ streams and features on platforms such as Boiler Room, Soulection, Rinse FM, and Elevator music, he is steadily rising as one of the most exciting emerging producers from SoundCloud. Through 9 years djing & 12 years producing music, he has performed across the US, CDMX, Costa Rica, and Canada. Always reading the room, his sets seamlessly blend elements of electronic, R&B, hip hop, jazz, soul and more into an unforgettable sonic experience.
