Josephine Estelle Pasta Making workshop at Josephine Estelle
Executive Chef Trey Williams and the Josephine Estelle crew are hosting their pasta-making and wine-tasting class on February 24 from 2-4pm. Chef demonstrates how to create and hand roll pasta dough then takes the result and serves it with one of our famous sauces. The party doesn’t stop there, we’ll have Pietra Bijos, our area director of food & beverage, guiding participants through a wine tasting to cap a delicious meal.
