Join us for a deep-listening experience led by Meg Shoemaker, with live ambient music by Rayys. This is a beautiful way to expand your sonic listening into a somatic experience with the intention of fine-tuning your senses on this powerful Spring Equinox.

Open and free to all. Please bring your own yoga mats and towels.
