Camille Becerra’s new pop-up series, Taste Buds, where food friends and guest chefs take over our greenhouse-like Garden space with a one-off small plates menu. In April, we are thrilled to welcome — Susan Kim’s Doshi, a playful restaurant named after the Korean lunch box — back to Ace Brooklyn.

Here’s our Spring schedule so far. In May, Knead Love brings gluten-free delicacies to our bakery, and chef Toniz Ortiz of Chile Con Miel prepares his favorite plates for the Garden. Finally in June, you just can’t miss Ninetynine Cakes.

Jazz Brunch in Josephine Estelle at Josephine Estelle
We think a good brunch should go something like a jazz quartet. Pancakes ground you like the walking bass, egg yolks coat your palate like the lush sounds of a grand piano, coffee adds some mid-morning rhythm, and the citrus brightens the mood like a sting from a horn. Josephine Estelle offers weekend brunch from 8am to 3pm with Or Shovaly creating a soundscape to make your morning that much better.
