Eater is thrilled to welcome renowned pastry chef and James Beard Award nominee Caroline Schiff to the Ace Hotel’s demo kitchen! Caroline will host an intimate and immersive donut master class, teaching you the secrets to making donuts at home, from how to fry them to how to fill them with your favorite fillings.
Tickets are $40 and are inclusive of all ingredients and tools for the class, plus a beverage ticket and a spirited surprise! Note, copies of Caroline’s book, The Sweet Side of Sourdough, will be available onsite for attendees to purchase. Photo credit: Kimberly Davis.
