75-Minute Yoga Sessions | Every Sunday at 10am

Every Sunday morning, we’re turning Fenix into a sanctuary of movement and mindfulness. Join us as we roll out our mats in our sun-drenched event space becomes your yoga haven as we team up with Hobnob, Glyfada’s go-to studio for wellness, to bring you an experience that goes beyond the mat. A chance to move with intention in a space that celebrates connection, community, and those small moments of magic that shift everything. This week’s class is led by Effie Karipides.

Meet your Teacher

Born and raised in Athens but having lived in Canada and the USA for many years, Greek-Canadian Effie Karipides discovered her calling early, at 10 years old, she was already leading her sister through exercise routines at home. It was walking into a yoga class in Montreal that truly changed everything, finding the practice that could calm her heart. By 20, she knew she wanted to inspire and help others physically, emotionally and mentally. An MBA graduate who brings both business acumen and heart to her teaching, Effie lives by her philosophy: “If it doesn’t feed your soul and align with your peace, it is not for you.”

What’s in the Mix?

Mats, props & towels? We got you, so you can simply show up as you are for a morning of movement, breath, and balance.

The Vibe

Sunlight streaming in. Your breath setting the rhythm. A community that flows together. A space that moves with you.

Space is limited, and you won’t wanna miss this one. Reserve your spot and meet us on the mat!
