Chef Millie Tsukagoshi Lagares, based between Tokyo and London, comes to PIOPIKO on the 2nd floor of Ace Hotel Kyoto.

Throughout September, PIOPIKO will serve an original menu specially created by Millie, available for a limited time from September 1 through September 30.

To kick things off, Millie herself will be at PIOPIKO on September 1 from 6:00–9:30 PM for a special one-night-only pop-up, serving her original menu in person.

Millie Tsukagoshi Lagares

Millie Tsukagoshi Lagares is a chef living between Tokyo and London. After working in marketing in London’s food industry, she left the city and moved to her mother’s birthplace, Japan, to write her first cookbook, Umai: Recipes from a Japanese Home Kitchen. Recently voted as one of Time Out’s ‘Best Young Chefs in London’, look out for her pop-ups in Tokyo, London and across Europe.

Millie Tsukagoshi Lagares（ミリー・ツカゴシ・ラガレス）は、東京とロンドンを拠点に活動するシェフ。ロンドンのフード業界でマーケティングに携わった後、ロンドンを離れ、母の故郷である日本へ移住。日本の家庭料理をテーマにした初の料理書『Umai: Recipes from a Japanese Home Kitchen』を執筆しました。近年、Time Outの「ロンドンの注目若手シェフ」に選出されるなど、注目を集めています。現在は東京、ロンドンをはじめ、ヨーロッパ各地でポップアップイベントを開催しています。
