Academy Award®-winning filmmaker and #1 New York Times bestselling author QUENTIN TARANTINO has announced a multi-city book tour to celebrate the publication of CINEMA SPECULATION, his long-awaited non-fiction debut.  Starting in Los Angeles, the tour will stop in five cities across the U.S.  The intimate evenings will feature Tarantino in conversation with several notable film critics and film historians. In addition to the discussion, Tarantino will be reading an excerpt from his new book.

CINEMA SPECULATION is organized around key American films from the 1970s, all of which Tarantino first saw as a young moviegoer.  At once film criticism, film theory, a feat of reporting, and wonderful personal history, the audience will get a rare perspective about cinema possible only from Tarantino himself.

This is a “phone free event.”  Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that may only be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.
