Soft Spirits Supper at LOAM

Our friends Soft Spirits — LA’s first nonalcoholic bottle shop — are joining us around the table at LOAM for a three-course dinner on January 31. Each course from the kitchen will be paired with a spirit-free cocktail, wine or digestif selected by Soft Spirits founder Jillian Barkley.

Tickets are $120. Reserve your ticket at LOAM.

For the Table:

Bread & Cultured Butter 

fermented radish, seeded toast

First:

Chicory Salad

 charred shallot, candied pecans, citrus

Roasted Kabocha Squash Soup
toasted pepitas, guanciale, tarragon oil 

Second:

Market Risotto 

 sunchoke chips, pomegranate, rosemary

Or

Grass-Fed Hanger

 grilled spring onions, charred shishitos, zhoug

Dessert:

Upside-Down Cake 

bartlett pear, cardamom, hazelnut ice cream, candied ginger

Chocolate Semifreddo

hazelnut, pomegranate, alcohol-free amaretto cream
