From Seed To Infinite by Chef Jas is a multi-sensory culinary installation that encourages us to experience our wholeness as part of a natural and divine ecosystem, the foundation of which is rooted in ancestral knowledge that values interdependence, interconnectedness and conservation. Chef will host an opening party in the Gallery on Thursday, February 29 from 6-9PM, with homemade kombucha, an edible alter and sounds from DJ Funke.
