For the past 20 years, The Breeder gallery has been a pioneering force in the development of the contemporary Athenian art scene. At the Breeder, works shown are often political and sometimes radical. Since 2019, it has operated the Breeder Open Studio as a means of engagement with the artistic practice and productions, and is ever in pursuit of its founding mission: to build artistic dialogue between Athens and the world.
