Eat + Drink
Buoyant with the carefree spirit of the Athens Riviera, distinct eateries dress up Ace Hotel & Swim Club Athens, offering morning goods to go, poolside drinks and bites, and a sit-down affair sans the fussiness.
Sebastian
A bistro along the Riviera, Sebastian embodies the sun-dappled spirit of seaside life. At the confluence of coastal Mediterranean flavors, culture and energy, Sebastian fuses rich culinary tradition with the Michelin-recognized creativity that defines Chef Elvi Zyba’s cooking. The menu draws influence from near and far — Greece, Italy and France — with an emphasis on fresh, natural ingredients. Fine wines and house cocktails complement the restaurant’s many pleasures.
