Christmas Day Brunch | BAKERMAN

Work your way through the endless menu options, and let Christmas Day run long with your people around the table. Eggs, pancakes, and everything in between for your taste buds, good coffee to wake you up, and our resident DJ easing you into the afternoon.

DJ Bakerman is in the mix from 12:00 to 17:00, playing festive favourites and our usual feel-good Balearic beats, organic house, ambient and downtempo grooves.

DJ Bakerman (aka Christos Petrakidis), an Athens-born selector whose musical journey began with classical piano lessons before evolving into something far more soulful. You’d find him spending countless hours digging through the city’s legendary record stores, building an impressive vinyl collection that would eventually shape his musical identity. His vast knowledge spans genres, but it’s his perfect blend of soul and electronic that truly represents his sound, timeless yet contemporary. Having graced venues across Greece and collaborated with Athenian nightlife legends like Street Outdoors and Space Paradise, Bakerman lives by a simple philosophy: everyone is born with a purpose, and his is to share music with the world.
