Join Field Meridians for a special community kimjang, as part of our Slow Series, celebrating the gift of napa cabbage and the winter harvest. In this communal kimchi-making workshop, artist Indira Vaidy will discuss the history and process of making onggi, the traditional ceramic vessels used to store and ferment kimchi throughout the winter season.
