Getting to the Ace
We offer overnight valet parking for $48 a night plus tax.
You must be 21 or older to book a room.
Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and a credit card.
If you’d like the minibar removed from your room, we’ll charge you a one-time $50 plus tax mini bar removal fee. If you’d like a little bit more time after 12pm checkout, we’ll do what we can to accommodate and we’re always more than willing to hold on to your stuff for a few hours at the front desk. If we are able to accommodate, a late checkout fee may apply.

Check-in is after 3pm. If you arrive early, we can hold your bags while you explore the house, or take a stroll around town (we’ll point you in the right direction) until your room is available.
Check out is noon. Please confirm your payment by 12pm the day of your check-out. If you’d like a little bit more time after 12pm checkout, we’ll do what we can to accommodate and we’re always more than willing to hold on to your stuff for a few hours at the front desk.

Yes, there is free WiFi in all public areas and in guest rooms.
Ace Hotel is pet-friendly, meaning that we welcome pets under 25 lbs at a friendly rate of $25 per night with no charge for additional pets. “Pet” usually means “dog,” but if you have a larger or stranger friend let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate the both of you.
Please note that pets are allowed in the hotel lobby, but are not permitted in Josephine Estelle, Seaworthy, or Alto (our pool lounge).

If the package arrives before you check-in, you may be subject to package storage fees.
All small guest packages that are received before the scheduled day of arrival will be charged a $5 per day plus tax/per package storage fee. Small packages include anything smaller than 2′ x 2′, any weight.
All large guest packages that are received before the scheduled day of arrival will be charged a $15 per day plus tax/per package storage fee. Large packages include anything larger than 2′ x 2′, any weight.

Yes. The gym is located on the 2nd floor and open to you around the clock.
Additionally, an outdoor yoga class is held daily on our 2nd Floor courtyard with the help of instructors from NOLA Yoga Loft (classes are conducted in alternate space during inclimate weather). Each class is one hour and are suitable for all experience levels; social distancing considerations are observed — space is limited. Cost is $10 for non-hotel guests and advanced reservations are recommended. Be sure to bring your own mat and blocks.
Unfortunately there is no outside alcohol, but there’s a great selection at the bar.
You can buy some things right out of your room, like the custom Pendleton blanket, vintage vinyl and exclusive wings + horns hoodie robe just by taking them with you — we’ll charge it after you checkout.
We have an online shop too, where you can find Ace-made wares and collaborations, and just some things we think are cool. And if you miss Ace Brooklyn, New York, Palm Springs, Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles or Kyoto, you can find souvenirs you forgot to buy when you were there.
We also have luxuries and necessities, gift certificates and good stuff — like uka bath products, custom guitar strings, Ace shirts and totes, Moleskine notebooks, records, books and jewelry — for sale at the front desk store.
No. All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside the hotel we must charge a $250 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes. Go outside, meet a stranger.
2 people per room are allowed in rooms with king beds, and 4 people per room for rooms with double beds, with existing bedding. There’s a $45 plus tax/night charge for rollaway beds and are based on availability; please check with us if you’d like to request one. Cribs are free, based on availability.
Reservations, Modifications & Cancellations
Our modification and cancellation terms vary per rate plan booked. Please refer to the reservation policies while you are making your reservation. These can be found during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at the time of booking. Payment is taken upon check-out unless stated otherwise. Please refer to our payment policy and T&Cs when booking online.

Sure, just modify your reservation to your new departure date before the cancellation policy on your reservation goes in affect. An early departure fee equal to the remainder of your stay will apply if your reservation is not updated in time.
Reservations of 9 or more rooms per night with the same arrival date and stay pattern will be considered a group. Multiple reservations booked with the same name resulting in a minimum of 15 nights will also be considered a group. Our sales department will contact the booker to sign a contract. We reserve the right to cancel group reservations that violate this policy and who are not contracted directly with our sales department. Please contact them at email@example.com.
Special Event Dates may be considered non-refundable. Review the cancellation and guarantee policy prior to confirming. Dates are subject to change or new events added at any time. If there are any reservations booked under a prepayment policy and the credit card fails for full deposit, you will have 48 hours to provide a new method of payment or the reservation may be cancelled in its entirety.

Extreme weather conditions, hurricanes included, can change your travel plans. We want you to be safe. Keep yourself updated on any warning in effect by the US National Weather Service or by using our zip code 70130 on weather.gov. If you booked a reservation with dates potentially impacted by a storm, read on for our Hurricane Reservation Policies.
Tropical Storms or Depressions and Category 1–2 Hurricane Policy:
- Hotel departures at least 48 hours prior to the storm’s landfall follow all standard policies if transportation limits are not in effect by the City of New Orleans or if your flight is not cancelled.
- Standard cancellations apply for all refundable reservations and must be made in the same channel in which it was reserved.
- Early departures will be honored at the hotel with all fees waived.
- Non-refundable reservations will be applied as a credit to a future stay, good for one calendar year from issue date.
- Reservation can be cancelled without penalty in the event of flight cancellation by providing documentation from your airline.
Hurricane Category 3, 4 or 5 for New Orleans:
- The US National Weather Service issues a warning for the City of New Orleans (zip code 70130) of a category 3 or higher. All guests with a confirmed reservation within 72 hours of arrival to landfall may cancel their reservation without a penalty.
- Confirmed refundable reservation within 48 hours of departure of the storm may cancel their reservation without a penalty.
Non-refundable reservations will be applied as a credit to a future stay, good for one calendar year from issue date.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or to cancel your reservation due to a hurricane. For group reservations, please reach out to your contact for group blocks. If a group reservation was made individually by a guest, it will follow the conditions above for modifications or cancellations.

Ace Hotel New Orleans has many ADA compliant rooms, including our Double, Corner, Large, Medium, Suite and Ace Suite rooms. Please call our Reservations team or use our website to book one of these rooms.
All our restrooms are ADA compliant and our fire alarms come equipped with both flashing lights and audio alerts. Braille signage is in all our rooms and public spaces. Alto, our rooftop pool and lounge, is ADA accessible with a pool chair lift.

Named after each of their daughters, Josephine Estelle reflects the collaborative spirit of James Beard Award-nominated chefs Andy Ticer and Michael Hudman whose renowned culinary tell is the unlikely marriage between classic Italian recipes and the bright and mystifying flavors of the American South.
With an emphasis on seasonal ingredients, homemade pastas and recipes passed down from our Maw Maws, Josephine Estelle is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour.
Seaworthy showcases wild-caught and sustainably harvested oysters from American waters — Gulf Coast, East Coast and West Coast alike — as well as locally sourced fish and game. The celebrated beverage program offers both classic and proprietary cocktails, with a smart selection of beer and wine.
