Kiln
Our restaurant and bar led by Chef Beau Clugston. It is the crown of Ace Hotel Sydney, situated 18 stories above Surry Hills.
Brick
High ceilings, ample space and Surry Hills views define our space for weddings, product launches and blow-out celebrations.
Clay
A sun-filled space for everything from team meetings to cocktail parties, invite-only dinners and intimate events.
Tyne
A large, versatile level one space with high ceilings and wide windows for soaking in sunlight.
Good Chemistry
Situated along Ace Sydney’s Foy Lane entrance, Good Chemistry is an airy café with ample seating, opening right up onto the laneway.
PACKAGES
Kiln Package
Seated Package: $250 per person, 108 pax, 4-course set menu and 5hr standard beverage package.
Cocktail Package: $215 per person, 200 pax, choice of 8 canapes and 5hr standard beverage package.
Brick and Clay Package
Seated Package: $215 per person, 90 pax. Chef’s selection 2 canapes, 2-course banquet, 5hr standard beverage package.
Cocktail Package: $185 per person, 120 pax. Choice of 10 canapes and 5hr standard beverage package.
