This offer is valid for new booking inquiries received after 21 May 2025, for bookings made by 31 August 2025 with arrival by 31 December 2025; one perk may be selected per event, provided the minimum event spend exceeds $6,000 per event (or $15,000 for combined group and event bookings); it is not valid for events held in Kiln, Loam, Library or Good Chemistry; the event planner referral bonus applies to referred events generating over $5,000 in revenue at Ace Hotel Sydney and must be held by 31 December 2025; the event planner bonus for events of over 50 rooms applies to spend exceeding $15,000, excluding bookings in Good Chemistry, Loam, Library and Kiln; complimentary room upgrades are subject to availability and exclude suites; perk 5 includes a selection of house beverages; the offer may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or negotiated pricing; any unused portion of any promotion will be forfeited; and the offer may be removed without notice.
