Tip your hat to 2023 with us at Kiln, on Level 18 of Ace Sydney. It’ll be business as usual — good food, good people, good views — with a few special frills for the occasion.
Our favourite selectors, as curated by our good friend @levinsonline, will be spinning us into the New Year. We’ll be dishing up buttery Polanco Baerii caviar, grilled lobster and Blackmore Wagyu sirloin in addition to the usual suspects. Fine wine? Check. We’re dusting off a few rare bottles from the cellar. Just let us know ahead of time if you’d like any of our NYE add-ons — pre-orders close 28 December.
Celebrating with a crowd? For parties of seven or more, we’ll have a few set menus on hand to suit a range of taste and budgets.

We stay up late. Every week on Friday and Saturday nights, some of our favourite Sydney DJs bring the sounds up on Level 18, taking you from dinner through to the early hours of the morning.
